My Dashboard opens your projects. Each project has its own website domain, integrations, popup settings, review selection, and product overrides.

Sign in and manage your account

Use the login page's email magic-link or Google sign-in flow. A checkout started from pricing can return you to the selected checkout after sign-in.

Open My Account to manage the available profile settings. Your account icon can use a JPG, PNG, or WebP upload up to 300 KB, a public HTTPS image URL, or an initial fallback. The fallback color remains available if an image cannot load.

Billing and receipts are under Billing. Log out from the account menu when you finish using a shared computer.

Create and switch projects

Open the project list and choose the create-project action. Enter a project name and your production website domain. Use the domain visitors normally see, such as example.com; the application normalizes accepted domain input.

Free configuration access and Starter allow one project. Growth allows five. Existing over-limit projects are not automatically deleted when access changes, but you cannot create another beyond the current allowance.

Open a project card to manage that site. The project switcher in the sidebar lets you move between projects or return to all projects. Always check the selected project before changing an integration or copying its install script.

Project details and icons

Use the project overview's details editor to update the fields offered by the dashboard. A project can use an uploaded icon, an external image URL, or its website favicon with an initial fallback. Uploads accept JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 300 KB.

Online staging hosts belong in Allowed Domains on Install Script, not in the production-domain field. See installation domains.

Enable or pause live popups

The project switch controls whether live popups are enabled. Live delivery also requires subscription access. If access ends, the dashboard locks live enablement while keeping the saved preference and configuration; when access returns, the saved preference applies again.

Disabling a project stops normal live delivery on subsequent initialization. It also makes the public verified profile unavailable. You can continue working on configuration and previews.

Status indicators distinguish app state, script installation, and integrations. Script Installed does not by itself mean the project has eligible events, live access, or matching page targeting.

Delete a project

Use Delete Project in the project card's actions menu and review the confirmation. Deletion permanently removes the project and its associated integrations, reviews, products, and uploaded product artwork.

Remove the old embed from your website as well. Deleting a project does not cancel your PopupNeko account subscription or revoke a credential in the payment provider's own dashboard. Manage those separately through Billing and the provider.
