Understand your analytics
Read popup impressions, clicks, click rate, and provider-backed Verified Orders.

Open your project's Overview to inspect popup activity and verified order trends. Use the week, month, or year range to compare the selected period with its previous period.
Popup impressions and clicks
Impressions count displayed popups. They are not unique website visitors: a visitor can see several popups in a cycle.
Clicks count interactions with tracked popup links. Product links, original-review links, verified-profile links, and branding links have distinct destinations and only exist when their settings and data allow them.
Click rate is clicks divided by popup impressions, expressed as a percentage. It measures interaction with popups, not the percentage of visitors who purchased. The dashboard also breaks activity down by popup type.
Which environments count?
Popup telemetry is enabled for the saved production hostname and its www equivalent. Localhost and configured online test/staging domains render without contributing impressions or clicks.
Dashboard previews, Events previews, and authorized live-site previews do not report popup analytics. Testing only in those environments should not increase your production counters.
Popup analytics use aggregate counts rather than a visitor-by-visitor activity log. Network or content-blocking tools can prevent telemetry delivery, so compare trends rather than expecting a browser session to appear as a detailed event record.
Verified Orders
Verified Orders is a provider-backed order count from the connected payment source. It counts orders rather than product quantity. It is separate from the capped popup feed, which can create several product-level sale events from one order and applies its own freshness/display rules.
Treat Verified Orders as context for your business activity, not proof that PopupNeko caused each purchase. A customer does not have to click a popup for a supported order to exist in your provider account.
A missing or failed payment connection can make order analytics unavailable while review popups still work. Provider request failures are different from a confirmed count of zero.
Read comparisons carefully
Choose the same range when comparing metrics. A partial current period may differ substantially from a completed prior period, and small previous counts can produce large percentage changes.
Click-rate comparisons are shown in percentage points. For example, moving from 2% to 3% is a one-point increase.
If production activity is missing, check live access, project enablement, the installed domain, page targeting, and whether popups actually appeared. Follow Troubleshooting before changing event settings simply to increase a counter.
