Connect your sources

Connect a source that already holds your customer activity. Payment providers and review sources can work together in the same project.

Choose a payment provider

Each project supports one payment provider: Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or Polar. Open Integrations, select the provider, and follow its guide to save a valid production credential.

PopupNeko shows eligible completed purchases and newly created subscriptions. Renewals and add-to-cart activity are not popup event types. The precise supported transactions differ by provider; check the relevant guide before comparing your dashboard with your provider's full transaction history.

Credentials are validated before saving and stored encrypted. Paste them only into the integration form, never into your website's embed code. A Connected status means the connection succeeded; it does not guarantee a recent eligible purchase exists.

Connect a review source

Chrome Web Store is the available review source. Connect your public extension listing and confirm you own it. Then open Reviews to sync or import reviews and save your popup selection.

Reviews are separate from payment provider activity. A review-only project can show selected eligible reviews without connecting a payment provider. Google Business Profile is not currently available.

Replace or remove a payment connection

Saving a replacement key for the same provider keeps your synced products, uploaded images, and display overrides. An invalid replacement does not overwrite a working key.

Switching providers requires confirmation. After the new key is verified, the previous provider's product records and uploaded product images are removed. Make sure you have any artwork you want to reuse, then sync products from the new provider.

Delete Key disconnects the credential but preserves product configuration for reconnecting the same provider. If you also want to revoke the credential itself, do that in the provider's dashboard.

Finish setup

After connecting a source, customize popup appearance, review displayable popup events, select reviews, sync products, and install PopupNeko. Settings and connections do not replace the live-access requirement.
